Ottawa, Ont.-On behalf of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), General Jennie Carignan, chief of the defence staff, and Chief Warrant Officer Bob McCann recently apologized for racial discrimination and harassment Indigenous members and other people of color have faced while serving in the CAF.
