Council Fire, the 366-day devotional written entirely by Indigenous and Native American followers of Jesus continues to be a hit. As of July 1, all three volumes have required a reprint! That means over 18,000 copies have been distributed! We rejoice and praise the Lord, as only He could do such a thing.
Choosing the Creator's Path, currently in poster format and tract, is in the process of becoming a hands-on Bible study. One of ILM's Board members, Becky Kew, who is also a Good News messenger and distributor of Intertribal Life newspaper, serving in Indigenous ministry for over 25 years, has written a supplementary study that encourages readers to get into the Word, and see what God has to say about choosing the Creators path.
Together with Becky, the team at the ILM office is working on reviewing the material and getting the study production ready. Turns out it's a lot of work to print a book!
We recently got the news from the Canadian Centre of Christian Charities that ILM, an accredited member with them, has passed our review. Being an accredited member means we are held to the highest standards, both as a non-profit organization and from an accounting perspective. Rejoice with us as we celebrate the goodness of God and His intentions for Intertribal Life.
Please continue to pray for Intertribal Life, the director team, board members, staff, writers, readers, and all involved in the ministry. It is an honor to get to be involved in such a ministry, and we (Board members, Director team, staff and writers) seek to honor the Lord in every aspect of it.
Krystal and Todd Wawryzniak are directors of Intertribal Life Ministries.
